Sweet XVI

Khom Fai turns sixteen, and we are marking it the only way this kitchen knows how: one night, one menu, and a room built for the people who have kept this house lit.

Sweet XVI is a one-night anniversary dinner. Five courses, four cocktail pairings, and birthday cake for fifty-five guests. It is food, family, and the Macomb community that has been with us from the start.
